This is because we need to triage all appointments to mitigate the risks associated with potentially infected patients attending the Practice. To book an appointment please telephone the surgery.***
GP appointments are either 'book on the day' or can be pre-booked. Pre-booked appointments are available with a GP during the week.
The practice offers telephone consultations for patients who have difficulty getting an appointment at the regular times. These are available with Dr Khuroo during the week.
- Urgent cases are seen on the day. Patients need to ring 8.00am for appointments. Reception staff will let you know what time you need to come to the surgery.
- If your condition is non-urgent, you can still be seen on the same day as a 'book on the day' patient.
The surgery offers telephone consultations to patients who wish to speak to a GP over the telephone.You can book this by calling the surgery in the mornings.
Text Message Reminders
Patients will get text message reminders for there appointments, if you are unable to attend the appointment just text back cancel. Please ensure we have your upto date telephone numbers.
Extended Access Appointments
Along with our usual opening hours, we offer our patients extended access appointments please speak to reception staff for further information.
Evenings and Weekends (Out of Hours)
If you need to see a doctor or a nurse URGENTLY between 6.30pm and 8.00am, Monday to Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday (and Bank Holidays), please telephone 0121 465 2888. You will be given a number for the out-of-hours doctor.
Cancel An Appointment?
Please try to give as much notice as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment, so that another patient can be offered that time.
We uphold a strict DNA ('did not attend') policy. Persistent offenders, ie those who miss more than two booked appointments in any six-month period, will be removed from the practice list.
