Appointments

Ring our surgery number on (0121) 465 2888 to book an appointment with a GP or any other health care professional.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how you contact us will be different at the moment. This is to limit face-to-face contact whenever possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus.

 We are open and if you need to see your GP, please ring us.

Appointments are being delivered face-to-face, via video and over the telephone. If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering. Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.

You can also call NHS 111. Please do not come to the surgery unless you have an appointment.

 If you are waiting for a check-up, please be assured we will be in touch.

Please note, that due to the coronavirus pandemic online booking of appointments has been suspended on advice from NHS England. This is because we need to triage all appointments to mitigate the risks associated with potentially infected patients attending the Practice. 

Text Message Reminders

Patients will get text message reminders for there appointments, if you are unable to attend the appointment just text back cancel. Please ensure we have your upto date telephone numbers.

Extended Access Appointments

Along with our usual opening hours, we offer our patients extended access appointments please speak to reception staff for further information. 

Evenings and Weekends (Out of Hours)

If you need to see a doctor or a nurse URGENTLY between 6.30pm and 8.00am, Monday to Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday (and Bank Holidays), please telephone 0121 465 2888. You will be given a number for the out-of-hours doctor.

Cancel An Appointment?

Please try to give as much notice as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment, so that another patient can be offered that time.

We uphold a strict DNA ('did not attend') policy. Persistent offenders, ie those who miss more than two booked appointments in any six-month period, will be removed from the practice list.
