Before requesting an appointment with one of our clinicians, it may be worth looking at our self-referrals page to check if a surgery appointment is needed for the service you require.

How To Request An Appointment

You can request an appointment in the following ways:

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, online booking of appointments has been suspended on advice from NHS England. This is because we need to triage all appointments to mitigate the risks associated with potentially infected patients attending the practice. You will then be offered a telephone appointment with the GP/nurse. They will assess if a further video consultation is required or if a physical assessment is needed. They will make arrangements with you if this is necessary.

Text Message Reminders

Patients will get text message reminders for there appointments, if you are unable to attend the appointment just text back cancel. Please ensure we have your up to date telephone numbers.

Extended Access Appointments

Along with our usual opening hours, we offer our patients extended access appointments please speak to reception staff for further information.

Evenings and Weekends (Out of Hours)

If you need to see a doctor or a nurse urgently between 18:30 and 08:00, Monday to Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday (and Bank Holidays), please telephone 0121 203 2888. You will be given a number for the out-of-hours doctor.

Cancelling An Appointment

If you are unable to attend or no longer require an appointment, please let us know so we can offer the appointment to someone else.
