If you take medication on a long-term basis, you can ask for a repeat prescription by leaving a request in the repeat prescription request box at the front of the building, online or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests for repeat medication are not taken over the telephone except in certain circumstances.
Your prescription will be available for you to pick up in 48 working hours, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
We have started using Electronic Prescribing Service, if you wish to use please let staff or Clinician know of your nominated pharmacy.
3rd party consent:
If you wish to allow a third party i.e family member etc to collect your prescription please complete the third party confidentiality and consent form - this will be scanned into your record and noted by our staff. You can withdraw consent at any time by informing the surgery.
Please ensure you state fully who can be involved and to what extent.

We have introduced a new App called NHS Birmingham and Solihull app. This will let you interact with our practice using the app at your convenience, even when we are closed. You will be able to book appointments, cancel appointments, and request medication through your medical record.
