If you take medication on a long-term basis, you can ask for a repeat prescription by leaving a request in the repeat prescription request box at reception or by faxing a request to the practice. Requests for repeat medication are not taken over the telephone except in certain circumstances.
Your prescription will be available for you to pick up in 48 working hours, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
We have started using Electronic Prescribing Service, if you wish to use please let staff or Clinician know of your nominated pharmacy.
3rd party consent:
If you wish to allow a third party i.e family member etc to collect your prescription please complete the third party confidentiality and consent form - this will be scanned into your record and noted by our staff. You can withdraw consent at any time by informing the surgery.
Please ensure you state fully who can be involved and to what extent.

***The practice is switching its clinical system to Emis Web on the 24th July 2018. The new clinical system will enhance our service to you, and we look forward to bringing you the benefits in the near future.
Due to migration to the New Clinical System there is no access to Online Services from Monday 16th July until Wednesday 25th July. All current users will need to Re-register to obtain new login details.
