Join us for a special health walk where you can talk in confidence about your well being and make some new friends.
Walking has many benefits including reducing your risk of heart disease and other diseases, helps with your mental well being and is a fun way of getting fresh air and doing some exercise.
The session is a 30 minute walk followed by a seated exercise session.
1.45-2.15pm: The walk
2.15-2.30pm: progession data collection
2.30-3.00pm: seated exercise
Tea/coffee & snacks are provided.
