Quit with Bella

Support to stop smoking is provided by the “Quit with Bella” App:

  • Launched in July 2020 to ensure smoking cessation services are accessible to all smokers in Birmingham
  • The app can be used as and when needed without any face-to-face appointments
  • ‘Bella’ is your personal stop smoking robo-coach who will support you whenever you need it
  • You can find Quit with Bella on the App Store and on Google Play – and don’t forget if you’re a Birmingham City resident, it’s completely FREE!

Birmingham Stop Smoking

You can get free advice, one to one support and access to a range of nicotine replacement therapies (for just the cost of a prescription). Birmingham has nearly three hundred GPs and local pharmacies that provide stop smoking support.
