 Introduction

At Dr Khuroo's Practice we aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. We feel that the service we give to our patients is of paramount importance as we aim to provide a high quality family health care. We offer a full general practice service and run specialist clinics for children and pregnant women, diabetes and asthma sufferers and for patients needing minor surgery.

This website is intended for both existing patients and those considering registering with us. It tells you about our services, how to access them and some general information about how our practice operates.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how you contact us will be different at the moment. This is to limit face-to-face contact whenever possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus.

We are open and if you need to see your GP, please ring us.

Appointments are being delivered face-to-face, via video and over the telephone. If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering. Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.

You can also call NHS 111. Please do not come to the surgery unless you have an appointment.

If you are waiting for a check-up, please be assured we will be in touch.

Please note that repeats prescription requests can be made via email Drkhuroo.practice@nhs.net or you can go directly and click order repeat prescription. We are no longer accepting prescription requests over the phone.

**As of the 1st October 2020 we will no longer be able to deal with any enquiries at the front window. You will need to call the practice on 0121 465 2888. Patients will only be allowed to enter the building if you have a pre booked face to face appointment or if you have been advised to collect/drop off something. **

Health Conditions A to Z

If you call to book an appointment you will in the first instance receive a phone call from a GP, who will then decide whether you need to attend the surgery. This is in an effort to keep everybody safe and reduce the transmission of the Coronavirus.
