We will treat every patient with dignity, kindness, and confidentiality at all times. We will do our best to offer the most appropriate appointment with the right healthcare professional for your needs. We will listen to your concerns and involve you in decisions about your care.

Your responsibilities as a patient

Please ensure your contact details, including your mobile number and address, are kept up-to-date so we can contact you about appointments, results and important health information.

Attending appointment

Please attend your booked appointments or cancel in advance if you are unable to attend, so the appointment can be offered to another patient. Repeated missed appointments may result in restrictions on advance bookings.
