Access to medical records

We will not disclose your information to any third party without your permission. If you are receiving care from anyone other than the NHS and we have to share your information with them they are under a duty of confidentiality. We will only give your relatives, friends and carers information if you want us to. If you want us to share your health record with other agencies e.g. solicitors and insurance companies, we will only do so with your written consent.
